Technical Support Specialist

We are a well-recognised and developed brand producer in the technical building systems industry in Germany for 21 years. Our product and application ranges span from building communication and -automation to security. We serve to our OEM partners and projects through the six company's own development centres, production plants and sales branches in Europe and Asia.

Right now we are seeking for the operation in Turkey a Technical Support Specialist who can handle technical issues to manage projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Technical support and training of sales team, dealer channels and project partners
• Clarification of all technical issues related to project specifications and customer's requirements
• Supervision of project handling
• Project handling and coordination with all related parties
• Dealer Network Development from technical point of view
• Technical Dealer Management and pre-sales actions
• Collecting and information about technical demands with communication to all TCS R&D locations
•Clarification as well as practical work on construction sites
•Carrying-out of service tickets at customer's site

Your Profile:

• University degree in electrical, electronics, IT sciences
• At least two years of experience in intercom systems or similar field, preferably knowledge of building automation, IP & bus systems
• Fluent both written and verbal English language, German language is a plus
• No travel restrictions within Turkey and other European countries
• Experience in active installing, mounting and servicing of electro-technical systems
• Positive minded, open for training, self-training and self-development
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Accommodated in Istanbul
