GAIA FFE&OSE Procurement Company is the first Purchasing agent in Turkey serving for hospitality sector.

Company GAIA, is following the purchasing process for branded - luxury hotel chains in Turkey and neighbour countries for FFE(Furniture-Fixture-Equipment) & OSE( Operation Supply Equipment). 

We are looking for energetic-dynamic-team members with following abilities:

• Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist on financial bid analysis and vendor price negotiations
  • Create project budgets for internal review and analysis
  • Create and assemble request for quotes and purchase orders
  • Track vendor manufacturing status updates
  • Coordination with interior designers, freight managers, vendors, clients, general contractors, installers and warehouses
  • Assist with project close-out

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Graduated from architecture or engineering departments, preferable reputable universities
  • Advanced level of English both written, speak
  • A professional, results-oriented person with creative problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, and have great attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner
  • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Able to effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or design role is a plus, but not required
  • Previous work directly related to the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
  • FFE & OSE product knowledge is a plus
  • Being architect and interior is a plus
