Now we are looking to hire a Group and Travel Trade Sales Executive.

• Knowledge of local market
• Knowledge of hospitality
• Min.2 years experience in a similar position in hotel industry
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
• Develop customer accounts to drive business into the hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
• Compiling weekly and monthly actions plans to develop new accounts and grow incremental revenues from existing accounts.
• Implementing agreed rate structure and strategy for select travel trade (FIT, GROUP, MICE and Wholesaler) negotiated accounts.
• Conducting a set number of sales and prospecting activity on travel trade accounts.
• Providing feedback and market information, trends on assigned and new accounts.
• Prospecting new accounts for the Hotel and  and following the sales process through to convert into ‘producing’ accounts.
• Result driven, proactive and reliable
• Free of military service obligations (for male candidates)
