Due to trivago’s rapid international growth and expansion in the Turkish market, an exciting position has opened up in our international content team in trivago’s headquarters in Dusseldorf, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the offer of hotel-information displayed on trivago in your local market. This involves conducting market research, creating photo collages of hotels and managing other relevant hotel information. Your tasks: 

• Execute tasks for the content adaption and optimization of trivago's Turkish website.
• Support the Content team with the Turkish community management and development.
• You translate and adapt our content for the Turkish platform.
• You conduct market research and ensure all points of interests in your local market can easily be found by trivago users.
• Develop your personal knowledge by gathering valuable insights across various departments of the company.
• Support the team with your work and participation in projects - with the objective of moving trivago forward.

• You speak Turkish at a native level and can communicate fluently in English (our company language).
• You have translating experience and have a thorough understanding of the Turkish online market.
• You have excellent communications skills. On this note customer support experience would be a huge plus.
• You are confident using Excel. An understanding of HTML language would be desirable.
• You’re a self-starter who can work well independently and who enjoys pursuing objectives – with the aim of moving trivago forward.
• You have a strong mind-set for continuous improvement and a hunger to learn new things.
• Things move quickly here, so you must have the ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
