Mobile Equipment Maintenance Chief

We are looking for candidates to recruit at the Gold Mine, operating in Uşak, Kışladağ. 
The Kışladağ Gold Mine is a  100% owned subsidiary of the Canadian Mining Company Eldorado Gold.

Job Description:

This individual will report to Mobile Equipment Maintenance Manager and be involved in perform, supervise and organize maintenance activies of heavy duty equipment, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed and being part of maintenance team

Required qualifications are as follows;

• Strong mindset for safety leadership and developing safety culture in workplace
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineereing
• Good English knowledge
• Heavy duty equipment maintenance and repairing experience,  preferably in mining or similar business
• Experience on planning, organizing and supervising maintenance activities
• Experience on maintenance of CAT/ Hitachi Rock Trucks, Hitachi Shovels, CAT Loaders, Dozers etc.
• Habit of using manuals during performing the tasks
• Experience on SAP preferable
• Knowledge of MS office applications
• Military service should be completed
• B class driving licence
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and keep the team engaged
• Excellent communication, decision making abilities and problem solving abilities
• Living in or willing to relocate to Uşak
