İş Tanımı
• Ensure that the production is done according to Unilever standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Ensure that occupational and food safety standards are implemented consistently.
• Participate in cross functional innovation project teams to organize product trials.
• Lead new equipment commissioning and start-up stages.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance activities in production lines to improve performance with TPM and involve in training activities of blue-collar workers.
• Involve in kaizen projects to eliminate losses.
• Ensure that all activities in the department are in line with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety and work place safety requirements
• Monitor and manage line manning and semi-finished good production to reach targets.
Aranan Nitelikler
• Preferably two years of related work experience, production experience is a plus (food industry experience is preferable)
• TPM/TQM/6 sigma knowledge is an asset
• PC Literacy especially MS Office. (SAP knowledge is an asset.)
• Military Service Completed for Male Candidates
• Willing to work in shifts with flexible hours.
• Living (or willing to live) in Istanbul Anatolian side, preferably in Gebze or İzmit.
