Well known company in Event Management field has an immediate opening for an Event Marketing Manager..
This position will be responsible for the planning, organizing of the marketing function. This position will ensure that marketing plans and objectives support the department’s overall business plan. The position will have hands-on involvement in the areas of, new product development, acquiring and analysing market research, and will be responsible of sales activities.

University Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent level of knowledge; 4 - 6 years marketing experience, preferred; high level of initiative, strong project management skills; strong interpersonal communication skills.

Job Title: Event Marketing Supervisor
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Department
JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Develops annual marketing and sales plan, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• Should ensure an increase of revenue success with support from the Marketing department.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analysing potential partner relationships for the firm’s product lines.
Relationships and Roles:
Internal / External Cooperation
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Job Specifications:
• 4-6 years of experience on same position in the firm’s related sector.
• Age. 30 to 40
• Experience with complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to work hard with global team of professionals.
• No travel limitations
