Application Management Senior Associate Manager

We are seeking a Application Management Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in Smart Stadium and Technical Services Management Function, reporting Smart Stadium and Technical Services Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The position will be responsible for the governance of application development & managing of application channels. The role will also oversee other digital channels such as micro-sites, web & wap channels.

• Ensure that applications are developed & maintained within Vodafone governace & specs.
• Ensure the consistancy, continuity and quality of end products.
• Ensure that projects are managed properly and deliver timely project status reports to upper management.
• Understand the market dynamics and global trends/developments.
• Understand and analyse the needs of segments and customers
• Ensure that Vodafone Global, Vodafone TR’s priorities are reflected in the strategies and tactics pursued by the unit.
• Develop strategies and tactics to reach goals.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties either outside or in Vodafone 3rd Party ecosystem to define Vodafone’s market offering.

• Experience in related field for min 5 years. (Telecomm/media/internet sector or consulting)
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Experience in development of digital channels i.e. apps, microsites
• Experience with interactivity, graphical user interfaces
• Excellent with numbers and strong financial fundamentals
• Good at project management and cross-functional environment
• Multi-task management
• Details oriented with high attention to quality
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
• Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
