• Negotiating with, closing, managing relations, ensuring satisfaction and growing business volume of assigned Large Accounts in line with Corporate Sales Management and Strategies
• Define sales strategy to be followed per account
• Close sale
• Overview implementation of services sold to customer
Aranan Nitelikler
• Once initial sales is complete, upsell via additional services, VAS, unique solutions etc. to the overall ecosystem of the account
• Determine and build continuous relationship with key people within the assigned account
• Act as the client’s point of contact within Vodafone for all relationship. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customers’ requests and complaints.
• Grow the volume of business between the account and Vodafone
• University degree
• Sales experience (minimum 3 years )
• Experience in Telecommunication or Key Account sales
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Financial awareness
• Project management and business modelling skills
