IT Solution Senior Specialist

We are seeking a IT Solution Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in CRM and Operations Management Function, reporting CRM Management and Operations Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
This role is responsible for IT dizayn ,deployment and delivery for all fixed products /processes.

• Results-driven and delivery-focused

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• 4 year university graduate (Computer, math, Electronic)

• Experience in related field (3+ years) for IT OSS&BSS

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus

• Expert in one or more change delivery methodologies (Lean, 6 Sigma / Prince 2 / PMP)

• Experience in Process Management

• Strong commercial and risk management acumen

• Experience in Telecom & multinational company is a plus

• Experience in corporate and mass market products
