Technology Security Operations Senior Specialist (Ankara)

We are seekinga Technology Security Operations Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Data, Voice and Security Support Management Function, reporting to Technology Security Operations Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Accountable for managing all of the corporate customer security equipments (Checkpoint, Asa, Juniper, Fortigate etc), security services(websense,proxy,Ips,ssl vpn) and resolving customer incidents or requestsduring the daily operations.
• Accountable for resolving corporate customer incidents occurred on Vodafone Core Security Devices (Firewalls, IPS, Application Firewall, DLP and other Security Devices)
• Accountable for managing and operating all of the Security devices (Fortinet, Checkpoint, Juniper, Cisco etc.). To ensure to have best service quality level defined in KPI’s.
• Accountable for managing and operating of the Vodafone WebSense, Proxy and SSL VPN services.
• Manage and configure Security Monitoring Tools.
• Monitor and investigate security related logs.
• To take initiative to make new design If a design problem is realized during the fault management process. To trigger sales executive inorder to start new process.
• Degree qualified in Engineeringdiscipline preferably Telecommunication, Electronics, Electricity or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years hands on experience in related departments.
• Deep Understanding of network security, including Firewall, VPN and IPS, etc.
• Deep Understanding & troubleshooting of TCP, UDP, IP, and IP addressing /subnet masking / design
• Good understanding of IPS, IDS, Web Application Firewall.
• Good understanding of URL Filtering, Proxy, DLP and SIEM Tools.
• Good understanding of Unix, Windows, Network Security.
• Good understanding of Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF; ISIS,EIGRP)
• Certification or accreditation in JNCIP-SEC, FCNSA, CCSE.
• Fluent English.
