Customer Service Advisor (Turkish)

Due to recent expansion we have an immediate opportunity for Customer Support Advisors to join our business. You will need to demonstrate previous experience of dealing with customers and the general public; this could include experience within Hospitality, Retail or any other Customer Service position.

 

With a workforce of around 800 employees, providing different languages, every month we help millions of people stay connected by providing Business Process Outsourcing solutions to many of the world’s leading and most prestigious organizations.

 

Required Skills

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Provide customer support via multiple touch points (e.g. inbound calls and social networking)
  • Accurately log customer and product information into our system
  • Proactively develop skills and knowledge through effective use of systems
  • Understanding customer care and apply to all customer touch points
  • Share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer
  • Maintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as defined
  • Resolve end customer issues ensuring the customer is satisfied and that the issue is resolved in an efficient manner
  • Achieve customer targets by resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Knowledge proactively shared with the business and captured in a formal manner
  • Be part of a lively team who will both support you and rely on you.

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer experience
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills in Turkish (native) and intermediate level of English
  • Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
  • Able to show empathy and be able to actively listen to customers

  • Ability to be an exceptional brand representative.
