The Job In A Nutshell
As part of the team, you'll be responsible for responding to sales inquiries, setting up product demos (workshops etc.), keeping prospects engaged during the sales process, and—most importantly—closing deals.
This is a professional role selling SaaS products to Mid-Market/Enterprise businesses.
Excellent phone and email skills are essential as the entire sales process is telephone/email/web based.
Responsibilities
As a B2B Inside Sales/Account Executive, you will work purely on warm leads and existing business with an unlimited territory.
You'll be responsible for a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
- Identifying qualified prospects
- Following up on new and existing leads
- Leading prospects through the entire sales process
- Handling inbound lead requests
Must Have Skills / Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written (e-mail) and verbal (phone) skills
- Excellent communication and English language skills (oral and written)
- Extremely organized with the ability to meet and exceed quotas
Nice to Have Skills / Qualifications:
- Social media & Digital Media industry knowledge
- Experience in sales, marketing, or support for Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies
- Passion or interest in the technology industry
