Export Sales Specialist

• Conducting sales and marketing activities for FMCG (Household cleaning products),
• Identifying and addressing business opportunities with current and prospective customers,
• Enhancing business relationship with current customers,
• Researching foreign markets through trade portals and other channels to find new contacts,
• Following up the whole process from order placement and payment to final delivery to the customer,
• Visiting export customers and attending local and international exhibitions on a regular basis. Executing pre and post exhibition activities,
• Increasing effectiveness in the existing markets by developing & managing abroad customers and distributor relationships,
• Preparing price offers, follow-up customer orders and demands, executing export operations and documentation of the shipments, 
• Searching, developing and acquiring new customers to our company’s portfolio.

EXPORT SALES SPECIALIST

We are producing HighGenic branded cleaning products, and looking for an Export Sales Specialist to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Chemical Engineering-Chemistry or International Trade, Business Management, Science, Engineering or relevant fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations (Knowing export documentation / procedures and custom regulations is an asset) 
• Excellent command of English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passionate, result-oriented and able to stay positive in times of challenge
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, dynamic, creative and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment, third-party service providers and colleagues
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• No travelling restrictions (domestic or overseas)
