4Service Company welcomes talented professionals to join our company and to work as PR manager of Sales and Marketing Department on a freelance for our Istanbul office.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

MASS MEDIA RELATIONS:

ü  Implement media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media: media list update, media kit and articles distribution, journalists calling around to establish contacts

ü  Assistance in coordination of some public relations activities, manage some media inquiries

CONTENT-MANAGEMENT:

ü  Proofreading and adaptation of materials translated from Russian.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING:

ü  Company page creation and management: LinkedIn, Facebook

ü  Publishing policy and content-plan implementation. Content creation and adaptation.

ü  Audience engagement, campaigns management (target advertising, partnership programs )

ü  Monitoring, reporting, analysis and optimization

EVENTS MANAGEMENT:

ü  Event Kit distribution and Event Calendar update

ü  Industry event organizers calling around to evaluate and discuss opportunities for company participation as speakers.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:

• 1+ year experience in PR area
• Speaks fluent English, able to translate
• Working experience with both local and national business and industry media outlets
• Professional writing and editing skills
• Solid experience with social media including Facebook, LinkedIn
• Event planning experience
• BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Philology or a related discipline
• positive thinking and excellent communications skills

The ideal candidate should be able

• to perform tasks promptly and efficiently, execute and deliver results as per PR strategy plan KPIs
• come once per week to office for status meeting
• work home-based 15-20 hours per week
