- Main point of contact for the new and existing D&T solutions rollout in terms of technical solution and budget allocation in Turkey,
- Responsible for adherence to relevant standards in all changes and projects,
- Provide high-level support and escalation process for hotels and HQ (L2-L3),
- Responsible for the relationships, communications and training delivery for local IT relay in the New East Europe hotels,
- Responsible for KPI's tracking, communication and services excellence offered by the D&T team,
- Create and update and delivery documentation for any existing procedures or releases.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor degree (computer science, hospitality),
- Native Turkish; Upper intermediate English; Russian is a bonus Field & years of experience,
- Experience in hospitality industry Hotel Infrastructure knowledge (Hospitality background),
- Hotel Applications: PMS, PoS, guest services; Microsoft Servers and workstations Applications & Environment (including AD and messaging services),
- Network management and security basics skills,
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
