Aranan Nitelikler
Fluency in Turkish, Russian and English - compulsory. Jewish or Ukranian language would be a plus,
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook,
Understand Real Estate eveluation methodologies, (IRR, NPV,DCF, etc)
Good Knowledge of the dynamics of the hospitality sector and local markets,
Effective organisational skills and should convey information clearly,
Organisational skills to successfully manage multiple client deadlines,
Strong analytical skills.
