- Total responsibility for the efficient & effective operations of all departments,
- Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achievehotel business objectives and budgets,
- Provide operational and strategic direction to the hotel management team, and support managers in their individual roles,
- Implement the product and marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines,
- Promote the hotel through development and implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies,
- Represent AccorHotels in all matters relating to the hotel.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Minimum 5 years operational management experience,
- A strong understanding of Hotel Operations, Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management,
- Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills,
- Able to perform well under stress, strong organisational and planning skills,
- Ability to lead, motivate and animate a team,
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
