Executive Secretary

Being one of the leading online B2B agencies in tourism sector we are looking for an Executive Assistant for the General Manager in our head office in Harbiye, İstanbul.

Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel plan and recording the minutes of meetings. Complete projects by assigning work to staff and following it up. Conserves General Manager’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, initiating telecommunications, collecting and analysing information. Prepare reports, presentations and searching specific subjects under General Manager’s requests.

• High attention to detail, ensuring work is produced accurately and of the highest possible standards.
• Excellent follow up and communication skills with other managers and employees both written and verbally.
• Excellent customer service and follow up skills;
• Having at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written in Turkish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
