The leader Air Charter company is looking to recruit a Charter Sales Executive to be based in Ankara.
You will be responsible for attracting new clients and managing the existing high-profile accounts.
The position requires an individual who has a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Outsource the aircraft to meet clients' needs
- Sell charter sales, generate business
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
- Identify new opportunities for growth, develop new sales strategies
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, (FLUENCY IN ENGLISH) outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and perform well under pressure, whether working individually or as part of a team.
They are offering an excellent basic salary plus strong commission for this permanent role.

Other Responsibilities:
• To provide quotations in line with agreed pricing policy and follow up on high probability quotations • To send a weekly report about all the inquiries the department has received during the week • To make customer visits and periodic field feasibilities • To send the flight request for each confirmed flight • In coordination with Accounts to make sure that the payment for the flights have been received before aircraft departure • Follow up on the developments of the flight with the Flight Coordinator and to make sure that the customer is always updated • To record any issues that happened during the flight and to discuss at morning briefings to come up with solutions for improvements for future operations, in consultation with other departments • Manage the relationships with customers (Commercial sector) • To record any comments the customer had about the flight • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
Desirable - Qualifications • Social Sciences degree or Aviation degree.
Previous contacts / portfolio in the air charter industry will be an important plus.
Minimum - Skills • Commercial skills, networking, analytical skills. • Computer literate.
Desirable – Skills
• Negotiation skills. • “Advanced Level of English is a MUST” • Awareness of aircraft capabilities and operating costs. • Avinode Experience is a plus
Desirable - Technical Knowledge • Airline/Aviation experienced.
