We are looking for a new Franchise Operations Menager to join our team who will be responsible for the Franchise activities of our company.

- Suggesting suitable locations for opening new branches,
- Conducting the new branch opening organization in the region and ensuring that the dealers carry out their operational activities,
- Managing the entire operation of the regions under its responsibility according to brand standards; follow up of product quality, service quality and hygiene standards,
- Establishing sales strategies in the region, preparing and implementing the necessary action plans,
- Ensuring that sales / turnover quotas are realized,
- Performing regional competitor analyzes, stock management and maximizing market share,
- To follow the necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Ensuring coordination between headquarters and branches,
- Coordinating the branch visits of regional managers,
- Conducting business visits at regular intervals and formulating and reporting business development strategies,
- Keeping profitability at maximum level and ensuring cost management effectiveness,
- To follow up the development and implementation of recommendations that will increase turnover,
- To follow the actions to maximize customer satisfaction in the enterprises under his responsibility,
- Evaluation of the monthly report prepared for customer complaints in branches,
- Complaints from the center, confidential customer, inspection etc. follow-up of taking action according to reports,
- To be responsible for the development of employees and organization of regional meetings once a week to ensure effective communication.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Turkish nationality,
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions,
- Having experience in personnel management, product management and coherent store visuality,
- Fluency in Turkish & English, and Arabic will be added value,
- Leadership skills,
- Can put a plan and lead the team to execute it in the right manner,
- Being able to make good market observations,
