PropertyTurkey.com, headquartered in London, UK, is an independent real estate consultancy operating in the foreign sales segment of Turkish real estate market. Majority of our clients are foreign nationals purchasing real estate in Turkey for lifestyle and investment. We are now in the process of developing our domestic markets, which form majority of the business activity in Bodrum.
We are now recruiting 2 experienced sales consultants for our Bodrum Marina office to help develop our domestic (Turkish) real estate business as well as help service our foreign clients. Responsibilities include the following:
- Building and managing portfolio of projects and resale properties
- Managing strong relationships with developers and individual owners
- Building rapport with prospective buyers on the phone as part of our call centre operation
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Property viewings and sales closure
In return we pay a handsome basic plus very generous commissions.
- Minimum 3 years' real estate experience ideally in Bodrum

You will be part of a call centre team providing advice to clients over the telephone with a view to booking them for a trip to Istanbul and selling Istanbul real estate. You will need to have the initiative to do what it takes to get potential buyers to Istanbul for a real estate tour, where our experienced field sales staff can close on a potential sale.
Full leads are provided, and we also fully train even experienced candidates to our own standards. You will be given all you need to make a success of the position. You will be mostly office based with occasional time in the field if necessary.
Base salary is the industry standard but our commission rate exceeds any other firm in the industry. Successfully candidates are expected to take home a minimum of 100.000 TL per annum.
This is not a standard 9 to 6 job, you will be expected to do what it takes, but the monetary rewards are exceptional.
- University graduate
- Fluent in English and Arabic, Turkish is a bonus;
- Decent written English and Arabic;
- Presentation skills are important
- The ability to convince based on your knowledge and experience of the market;
- At least 12 months experience in the industry;
- A good knowledge of the Istanbul real estate market - although ongoing training is provided.
