- 5 yıldızlı otellerde Kat Şefi pozisyonunda minimum 2 yıl görev almış,
- Temizlik, hijyen ve sanitasyon bilgilerine sahip,
- Detaylara önem veren, dikkatli, prensipli ve kurum kültürüyle bağdaşan iş disiplinine sahip,
- Kimyasal ürünler ve teknik cihazlar hakkında gerekli bilgiye sahip,
- Personel eğitimi ve motivasyonunu sağlama konularında bilgili,
- Müşteri ve sonuç odaklı, iletişim yeteneği yüksek, prezantabl,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, problem çözücü,
- Raporlama bilgisine sahip,
