Account Manager

 AS International is guiding its clients (softline & hardline consumer goods industry) on Product Engineering, Testing, Audit, Inspection, Training and Consulting on 3 continents and over 20 countries (Europe, Africa, Asia).

• Serving as a contact point for all customer account management issues
• Communicate efficiently with different internal teams
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• QBook (internal service management software) management
• Fulfilling the customer service request by following the defined process
• Handle client service request following defined process
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of service reports according to contracts, client needs and objectives
• Reporting processes
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet client’s expectations
• Analyze and tracking account processes
• Prepare invoicing planning for invoicing purposes
• To support the sales team
• To support the processes of challenging client requests

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree in management field
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role (At least one year of experience working)
• Fluency in English is a must, a second foreign language is an asset
• Ability to perform multiple account management projects at the same time while paying close attention to details
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Willingness to learn new methods and systems
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
