Foreign Trade Specialist Assistant

ASUT Fiberglass, established in 1966; makes production on totally 40.000 m2 land with the 10.150 m2 closed area.

Our company is provinced on FRP productions. The 75% of our production is for the foreign markets.  Our range of products is; Winding Pipe, Fittings, Stack, Duct, Tank and Equipments.

Our company is making mass production and project-based specific productions, as well.

Our company owns; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certificates; and with the 52 year old background; we are in a leader position of our scope.

Import & Export Specialist will play a key role in following; 

-Dealing with inquiries, preparing offers and handling the whole process

-Handling the coordination between the customers and production department

-Strong knowledge of Turkish customs regulation, international trade rules and legislations.

-Managing the import & export process in line with custom rules & regulations,

-Following up Import - Export operation from the beginning to the end,

-Preparing Import - Export docs and checking compliance of the them,

-Contacting to the shippers-consignees to solve problems occuring during shipments,

-Plannning and handling international transport,

-Keeping records of Import - Export's data to the system,

-Controlling of various expence and cost related to Import - Export (including international freight invoices, taxes and all domestic costs)

-Controlling related Import - Export documents before goods arrival

-Bachelor's Degree

-Minimum 2 years of experience

-Advanced English fluent in written and spoken(supporting to lead projects and agreements)

-Reporting and coordinating between customers and internal department

-Good computer skills (MS office programs)

-Working for intensive and flexible hours

-Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills,

-Analytical thinking, solution oriented, patient and self-confident,

-Strong planning / organization and time management skills,

-No travelling problems

-Male candidates who completed their military service

- Candidates should have a driving license with driving experience.
