POSITION SUMMARY - Job Description and Responsibilities:
TUI Sensatori Resort Barut Fethiye is looking for a Guest Experience Manager to work in our newly opening 152-room hotel The Residence TUI Sensatorı Barut Fethiye. The Manager will look after the needs of guests in a professional manner and ensure that the department provides flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences. She / He will manage and control all the departmental operations to make sure that all the stays are conducted in line with the procedures. The Manager is also supposed to prepare daily and monthly reports and make the annual budget.
Preparing and controlling the front desk and guest relations budget Analyzing costs Following new trends in the business for operational improvements Making job plans in line with the quality standards Cooperating with the other departments
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Job Requirements & Experience:At least 5 years’ of front desk or guest experience/relations experience in 5-star hotels Bachelor’s Degree in related fields like Tourism and Hotel Management or Management Fluency in English. Second language is an asset Command in office and front desk programs Having excellent time management and problem solving skills Strong communication skills and high personal motivation. Ability to get along with diverse personalities Presentable and able to communicate clearly using a positive, correct diction Guest satisfaction and solution oriented Quick and effective decision making skills Ability to motivate the team in line with the hotel goals
