Wellbeing Coordinators

TUI Sensatori Resorts Sorgun and Fethiye are looking for wellbeing coordinators to work as a part of a professional sports team that will deliver a comprehensive range of classes that have been designed to appeal to a broad range of guests from young children, families and adults. The Wellbeing Coordinator is supposed to provide exclusive, inspiring and safe daily classes as well as participating in the general running of the Sports & Wellbeing department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for delivering a range of wellbeing classes which include Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Aqua Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Zumba and Aquaboards. These are set within the operational guidelines, training manuals, risk assessments and start of season training. 
• Deliver Family activities such as Children’s Yoga, Cheerleading and Water Walkerz during high season. 
• Strictly adhere to all aspects of company health & safety policies, operating procedures and guidelines at all times. 
• Protect and ensure that all aspects of the brand are being delivered and brochure commitment is fulfilled at all times. 
• Maintain delivery standards and support in achieving weekly CSQ (Customer Service Questionnaire) targets. 
• Attend weekly team meetings along with personal development plans. 
• Support equipment inventories and adhere to equipment policies. 
• To act as an ambassador and be the public face of TUI SENSTORI within the Resort. 
• Uphold the standards set out in start of season training and throughout the contract. 
• Demonstrate a passion to inspire others and achieve excellent results. 
• Provide a professional image at all times that supports the expectations of the company.

• Ability to give instructions in Turkish, German and/or Russian at Yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes.
• L2 Exercise to Music Qualification.
• L3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
• Yoga/Pilates training.
• Zumba Qualification.
• Aqua Aerobics Qualification.
• A dynamic and innovative professional with an apt for delivering the Wellbeing programme with passion and integrity.
• The ability to teach a range of styles and adapt quickly to teaching highly energetic classes to low intensity classes.
