We are looking for a 'CRM Manager' for our Dental Implant Distributor firm which is one of well-known and successful companies in Dental Implant sector.

Job Description

•          Planning, preparation and realization of CRM Basic Trainings for new employees
•          Planning, preparation and realization of continuous Round Table Meetings of CRM Power Users internal/external service
•          Planning, preparation and realization of special CRM trainings in the field of data selection 
•          User support for internal and external CRM specialists 
•          Revision of the CRM Guideline Sales in coordination with the sales management
•          Complete implementation of the assessment processes re CRM use in the field work
•          Realization of a survey with the field workers regarding the suitability of the CRM Sales Guideline
•          Planning, preparation and realization of webinars for special CRM topics
•          Collaboration in the project data protection and realization of special data selections for data uploads in order to safeguard the data protection
•          Collaboration in the projects e-Shop and introduction of the interested party in CRM
•          Supervision of the thesis “Optimization of Customer Data” in the context of a project management

•          University degree
•          3-5 Years experience on Marketing function
•          Experience on CRM tools implementation (preferably on LOGO)
•          Preferably, experience in health industry or related fields
•          Fluent in English is a must
•          Good communication and interpersonal skills
•          Multitasked and detail oriented
•          Team player
•          Having B class driving license and active driver
•          No military obligation for male candidates
•          No travel restriction
