BETAMIX is seeking for "Experienced or Inexperienced Sales Engineer" to support our growing local and international business in Sales Department.
- Develop and implement agreed sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Aggresively develop the Truckmixer Sales business in the region
- Work as part of a strong and cohesive sales structure
- Ensure new technologies and products are effectively introduced to market
- Understand, meet and carry customer expectations
- Coordinating all activities related to sales
- Providing required activity reports to management
- Start with operational activites for a period related with export shipments, involved in preparing official documents & customs clearance process, in touch with forwarder companies
- Manage client accounts, visit potential customers and generate new business
- Submit quotations & proposals and terms & conditions to clients
- Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes sales
- Visit new clients throughout the world for sustainability of business and seek new business opportunities
- Being in coordination with supervisors and staff to meet customer and client expectations
- Provide input to the design and implementation of advertising and marketing campaigns to support the sales budget
- Conduct marketing studies and surveys to determine market needs and to monitor customer satisfaction
- Represent Betamix at trade shows and conferences
- International travel is required
- Provide customers with technical expertise
- Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislations, competition, product development)
- Sales related activities like direct sales, exihbitions, product introductions & presentations, seminars, technical supoorts etc. strongly suported by the application teams
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
- Experienced or inexperienced
- Excellent knowledge of English is essential (verbal and written )
- Good command of MS Office Applications
- Dynamic, hardworker, teamworker, analytical minded, goal oriented willing to make a career in this field
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong communication, relationship building, co-ordination skills
- Self motivated and team oriented
- Detail oriented with profound time management and planning skills
- No restriction for travelling
- Active driver
- Completion of military service for male candidates
- Resident in Ankara
- International travel without barriers
