Ihbar s\u00fcresinin uzunlu\u011fu k\u0131deme ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u015fekillenir.<\/p>\n<h3>Deneme S\u00fcresinde \u0130hbar S\u00fcresi Olur mu?<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019na g\u00f6re, i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde belirtilen deneme s\u00fcresi (maksimum 2 ay, toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleriyle 4 ay) i\u00e7inde taraflar ihbar s\u00fcresine gerek kalmadan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi feshedebilir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan da i\u015fveren de \u00f6nceden bildirim yapmadan i\u015ften ayr\u0131labilir veya \u00e7\u0131karabilir.<\/p>\n<h3>1-6 ay \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u0130hbar S\u00fcresi<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f yerinde 6 aydan k\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015fsa, ihbar s\u00fcresi 2 haftad\u0131r.\u00a0 Bu s\u00fcrede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f arama izni kullanabilir ve maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131 almaya devam eder.<\/p>\n<h3>1 Y\u0131la Kadar \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u0130hbar S\u00fcresi<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 6 ay\u0131 doldurup 1 y\u0131la kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in de ihbar s\u00fcresi yine 2 haftad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ancak 1 y\u0131l\u0131 doldurduktan sonra ihbar s\u00fcresi otomatik olarak uzar.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni i\u015fe giren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ihbar s\u00fcresi daha k\u0131sa tutulmu\u015ftur. Bu durum hem i\u015f\u00e7inin hem de i\u015fverenin esnekli\u011fini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in getirilmi\u015f bir d\u00fczenlemedir.<\/p>\n<h3>Uzun S\u00fcreli \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u0130hbar S\u00fcresi<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n k\u0131demi artt\u0131k\u00e7a, i\u015f kanunu ona tan\u0131nacak ihbar s\u00fcresini de uzat\u0131r. Bu sayede hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi artar hem de i\u015fverenin yeni personel bulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in daha fazla zaman\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<h3>1 \u2013 3 Y\u0131l Aras\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 1 y\u0131ldan fazla, 3 y\u0131ldan az s\u00fcredir i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda ihbar s\u00fcresi 4 hafta (1 ay) olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fveren i\u015f\u00e7iyi \u00e7\u0131karmak isterse, en az 1 ay \u00f6nceden bildirmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>3 \u2013 5 Y\u0131l Aras\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 3 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 doldurup 5 y\u0131ldan az \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda ihbar s\u00fcresi 6 hafta (1,5 ay) olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre boyunca i\u015f\u00e7inin i\u015f arama izni hakk\u0131 devam eder.<\/p>\n<p>1 y\u0131ldan 5 y\u0131la kadar k\u0131demi olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ihbar s\u00fcreleri, kademeli olarak 2 haftadan 6 haftaya kadar \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<h3>5 Y\u0131ldan Fazla \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u0130hbar S\u00fcresi<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; \u00a05 y\u0131l ve \u00fczeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, i\u015f yerine ciddi emek vermi\u015f kabul edilir bu nedenle ihbar s\u00fcresi 8 hafta (2 ay) olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fveren bu s\u00fcreyi tan\u0131madan i\u015f akdini feshederse, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana 8 haftal\u0131k ihbar tazminat\u0131 \u00f6demek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130hbar S\u00fcresi Hangi Durumlarda Ge\u00e7erli De\u011fildir?<\/h2>\n<p>Her ne kadar ihbar s\u00fcresi i\u015f\u00e7i ve i\u015fveren aras\u0131ndaki i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin sona erdirilmesinde temel bir kural olsa da, baz\u0131 durumlarda bu s\u00fcreye uyulmas\u0131na gerek kalmaz.
