We are now expanding our portfolio with innovative 3D Printing (Additive Manufacturing) products as well as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and need manufacturing technologies consultants to support our rapid growth and better serve our customers.

About the Job

You will be:

• Providing technical and application service for customers.
• Providing installation of hardware and software products at customer sites.
• Providing consulting services, participating / leading solution implementation projects with our customers.
• Conducting product / solution demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Conducting follow-up calls after on-site field service visits are done.
• Providing training for new customers.
• Recording customer-related field activities to insure accurate information on customer base.
• Maintaining service protocols and manuals.
• Coordinating activities and working with our global partners on all service related matters.
• Consulting with partners’ engineering teams to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
• Travelling in Turkey and abroad to our partners’ and our customers’ sites / facilities.

About You

You must have:

• University degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent command of English (both written and oral).
• Good technical, problem solving and communication skills.
• At least 3 years experience in consulting, customer service and technical support roles.

You will be ahead of other candidates, if you have:

• Hands on field experience with installing and repairing computer controlled systems, electro mechanical equipment or printers. 
• Experience in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design and manufacturing.
• Engineering experience in Electronics/White Goods Manufacturing, Automotive or Aerospace industries.
• Knowledge of / experience with ERP, DFM, CAD, CAM and MES solutions.
