Job Description

  • Ensuring of the fulfilment of the requirements set by local legislation and business plans within the terms established, through the efficient and effective management of the resources under his/her responsibility;
  • Supervision on and participation in the creation of Company balance sheets and periodic estimated budgets;
  • Supervision on and participation in financial activities, managing the relations with banking-houses, the foreign exchange risk on purchases and sales, and programming the cash flow on the medium and long-term;
  • Supervision on and execution of the payment schedule, with the constant control of the balance resulting from bank transactions;
  • Supervision on the relations with third parties, such as banking-houses, insurance companies and national authorities;
  • Supervision on and participation in activities of reporting within the administration area;
  • Compilation and organization of the annual budget of each cost center and department;
  • Compilation and organization of the monthly budget, and its sending to the respective Responsible;
  • Preparing and managing various analysis and reports for upper management;
  • Keeping up-to-date with general developments in accounting and changes in regulatory and other requirements;
  • Coordinating and conduct of annual audit activities within the required time and quality and maintaining relationships with external auditors;
  • Working closely and collaborating with other departments.

Required Skills

In this position, the Employee contributes to the administrative management of the Company, thus cooperating to its development and to the preservation of its assets, helping the General Manager with the definition and management of the economic, fiscal and financial system.

The position requires excellent coordination and leadership skills, together with good communication abilities and an attitude towards problem solving. The attention to secrecy, the protection of the Company's sensitive data and solid professional ethics are other essential requirements.  Good analysis skills and a strong ability to interpret both the information collected and results are even essential.  

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields,
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English language,
  • 5+ years of active experience in similar role,
  • Advanced use of MS Office programs and reporting tools,
  • Experience in IT project implementation and analysis,
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 would be preferred,
  • Effective and strong communications skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
