In unserem Call Center in Antalya/ Konyaaltı suchen wir  deutschsprachige Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) für das Projekt eines deutschen Unternehmens.

Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung sowie fallabschließende Bearbeitung von technischen KundenanliegenSicherung und Steigerung der KundenzufriedenheitErfassung und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten


Ihr Profil:

ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starke KundenorientierungZuverlässigkeit und zeitliche Flexibilitätroutinierter Umgang mit dem PC und dem InternetDeutschkentnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
