Who are we looking for?

We are looking for German Speaker Customer Service Advisor with a high sense of responsibility who likes to work in a team.

What we still need:

Native level of German language (both spoken and written) Flexibility in working days and hours Strong communication skills Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

Requirements

As an Advisor;

You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls from the customers You will be responsible for handling the customers and solving their problems You will provide high level of service to our customers and try to exceed their expectations during each call

Qualifications

Native level and good command German
Logical thinking ability and customer oriented mind set
Ability to work within a team
Flexibility to work in shift plans (09:00-22:00)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good command of MS Office applications
No military obligation for male candidates
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

Salary is between 3.750,00 TL and 5.200,00 TL / Monthly

Starter Bonus!

After successful completion of the training 1.000 TL and after 3 months another 1.000 TL will be paid.

As a Customer Service Advisor with German (m/w/d) you will have to deal with various (technical) customer inquiries. This can be questions about the installation of the last system update, invoices or outstanding orders.

You have excellent communication skills and have preferably worked in a contact center before. You can actively listen to the questions of the customers purposefully and have excellent language skills.

In addition, you are customer-friendly and like to help the customer with the best possible support for technical inquiries. With your commitment and empathy, you contribute a decisive part to customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience!
