Ihre Aufgaben
Durchführung und Vorbereitung von Vertriebstrainings und Verkaufsschulungen im Bereich Festnetz, Internet, Mobilfunk und FernsehenGewährleistung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, fachlichen und persönlichen Ausbildung unserer Mitarbeiter
Analyse und Reporting der Ausbildungs- und Trainingsergebnisse
Fortlaufende Betreuung, Entwicklung und Motivation unserer Teams

Ihr Profil
Einschlägige Berufspraxis als Vertriebstrainer und/oder fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erwachsenenbildung und im VertriebErfahrung in der Vermarktung von Produkten
Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz sowie dienstleistungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Analytisches, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Organisationsfähigkeit, Methodenkompetenz und Belastbarkeit
Gute didaktische, pädagogische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
Einen professionellen Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Applikationen (MS Word, Excel) und dem Internet setzen wir voraus.
