Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung eines Inbound-Teams mit bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern
- Sicherstellung der optimalen Servicequalität des Teams
- Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen als Grundlage Ihrer Entscheidungen
- Umsetzung der qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben des Auftraggebers
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Call-Center
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Hohe Leistungs- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie Eigeninitiative
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
