Marketing & PR Executive

A Marketing and PR Executive will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address business needs.

As Marketing and PR Executive, you will be responsible for the results of the marketing and PR plan and activities used to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address business needs. Specifically, a Marketing and PR Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Oversee the development and implementation of the marketing and PR plan and associated activities

- Create, develop and market key events, especially during key business periods

- Communicate effectively, to target markets, the amenities and benefits, including refurbishments, food and beverage provisions, conference, banqueting and events

-Responsible for enforcing key performance indicators relating to all PR activities, social media, promotional campaigns and producing performance reports to share to key stakeholders

- Work with local third party partners, including PR agency, local media social media agency and maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies

- Lead effective content management strategy across all available channels, including hotel websites, social media and mobile marketing- Ensure an accurate and constantly expanding comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences

- Work closely across all departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required

- Ensure efficient and relevant communication to all internal and external stakeholders;- Manage and control marketing budgets by using resources effectively

- Establish excellent open communication with all operational teams- Develop and own promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events

- Implement PR campaigns to celebrate successes and awards and the promotion of products

- Respond to media enquiries when approached for comments and/or reports

- Research and develop new opportunities within key target markets

- Communicate with internal Event Managers on all aspects of specific event organisation and promotion

- Ensure full marketing and PR support is given towards initiatives relating to hotel departments

- To maintain stock inventory of an updated photo library and press kit.

- Overall supervision of production of hotel printed materials to ensure compliance with Conrad Identity Guidelines.

- Ensure contents of hotel web pages are updated at all times.

- Previous marketing and public relations / communication experience

- Strong interpersonal skills to enable communication with a wide audience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges

- Excellent organisational and planning skills - Ability to work under pressure at all times It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions

- Excellent copy writing, proofreading and editing skills in both Turkish and English

- Excellent command of social media communication

 - Previous leisure sector experience

 - Previous media training

 - Knowledge of computer design/graphic software

- Relevant degree, in marketing, communication, management, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
