Booking hotels, private jets, VIP airport services , yachts in Bodrum, and around the world.
Make all kind of travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours in Bodrum and around the world
Make dining and other reservations for clients, and obtain tickets for events.
Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging for exotic services such as hot-air balloon rides. Also requests such as flower delivery and so on.
Maintain a large network of contacts within the tourism industry (communication with partner companies in Bodrum and around the world).
Handle complaints from guests and find solutions for their problems.
Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
Tickets sales for events organized by Yalikavak Marina (such as Zhara Bodrum) and other events around the world (such as Football Cup, Oscar, Cannes Festival, Etc) .
Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed. Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for guests.
Keep detailed records regarding past guests and what they did on their previous visits. Acts as the single point of resolution for all guests in their care, encouraging guests to provide feedback around their experiences to enable immediate conflict resolution.
Maintain all data related to clients spending / orders / preferences / special dates/ and any info for being able to maintain high level of loyalty
Maintain highest level of clients confidentially at all times
- Having knowledge about two or more languages and being able to work alone or with a team, English language us must, also Turkish and Russian languages are preferred
- Being self-motivated and able to find solutions to the problems that guests might have during their trip or service order
