We are looking for a "Foreign Trade Operations Specialist” in our Planning and Supply Management Department;University graduate (Preferably in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, International Trade, Logistics or similar fields )Minimum 3 years experience in the field of export/import operations,Excellent command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent command of MS Office applicationsHave knowledge and experience on customs and foreign trade legislationExperienced in foreign trade payments, Letter of Credit and implementationsKnowledge of CANIAS and/or ERP is an assetAbility to work as a team memberGood Communication and Planning Skills, Analytical Thinking Capability, Decision Making and Problem Solving Ability,Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressureMale candidates should have completed the military service requirements

Organize export/import shipments and coordinate with internal units; Production Planning, Export/Imports Sales/Supply Chain, Finance and LogisticsComplete foreign trade data requirements, generating export/import documents in corporate systemsPrepare all foreign Export/Import Documents for Customs and other AuthoritiesEfficient teamwork and communication with all departments as well as customersEnsuring complete coordination and information flow between all relevant departments in the supply chain steps undertaken,Weekly/Monthly reporting in line with the demands of the managementExamine the transportation expenses and follow up the suppliers’ invoicing, work on improvement processTo provide information flow with the companies providing services such as freight forwarders and customs agents, organize and follow up the transaction organization
