We are looking for "Customer Experience Specialists" for our client that has global customers. The role requires to assist client's global customers located in EMEA region hence the ideal candidate shoul be able to work in various shifts stated below.
07:00 - 14:00
09:00 - 18:00
14:00 - 23:00
The ideal candidate will be required to work in all shifts rotating every week and the off days will vary among Friday, Saturday & Sunday, and meet the following expectations stated below.
- Develop relationship with customers, answer their questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application,
- Review requests which comes through customers to the relevant departments,
- Provide the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution,
- Provide ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements,
- Provide application support for products
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must (verbal & written exams will be applied)
- Strong communication skills & ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Ability to work effectively and within a corporate team environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required
- Computer knowledge especially in basic HTML & SQL will be an asset
