Budget and Reporting Specialist

• Preparation of monthly closing by working with the complex financial data in detail
• Preparation of monthly P&L for both internal and external reporting purposes; budget vs actual comparisons; analyzing the variances and the KPIs
• Breaking down company P&L into Service Line and Regional P&Ls
• Taking an active role in budgeting process
• Conducting monthly reconciliations of some BW reports to SAP R/3
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in reporting
• Provide reliable, top quality financial information such as preparing power point presentations for the top management
• Perform ad-hoc reports as needed

• University degree (MBA in accounting or finance major is preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• High level of computer literacy; advanced level of excel and SAP (R/3) knowledge with considerable exposure to BW reporting is required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Team player, achievement-oriented
