  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics,Office Administration and Secretary,Tourism and Hospitality Management or other relevant majors.

  • At least 2 year of experience as an Asistant.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Proactive, and open-minded personality,ability and willingness to learn.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Managing the courier.

  • Personal assisting  and assisting of GM.

  • Following up and purchasing of office materials and needs.

  • English translation of professional e-mails of GM.

  • Making travel arrangements: hotel, flight,car reservations and visa transactions.

  • Scheduling meetings inside and outside of the office.

  • Responsible for meeting and greeting visitors.

  • Answering and routing local and international telephone calls,  taking messages if required.

  • Organizing and maintaining filing system for follow-ups,sending reminders to management team.

  • Responsible for the office and its security.
