3 Months Internship in our 5 Star Luxury Resort in the Albanian coast

We are looking for a beach in the Aegean coast. Interviewer and communication skills.

  1) Cook

responsibilities:

-Cooking or otherwise prepares food.
-Monitor and ensuring tha the production, preparation and presentation.
-Monitor food levels and replenish items in a timely manner.
-Assist with producing menus and new dishes.
-Have a good knowledge on health, hygiene, equal opportunities, HACCP and any other legislation.
-Maintain a clean and well organized work area.

2) Animators

responsibilities:

-Entertain the guest.
-Organizes programs for children in Miniclub, on the beach, by the pool etc.
-Inform guest about the programs.
-Create the practical and emotional conditions for the fun.
-Make the guests socialize with each other.

Expectations:

-High school graduate or equivalent .
-Able to demostrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
-Good communicaiton skills.
-Willingness to approach and to communicate with people.
-Good problemsolving skills.

3)Hotel Front Desk Agents

Responsibilities:

-Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone.
-Register guests and assign rooms, assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservation.
-Process guest check-outs.
-Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
-Respond in a timely and courteours manner to all guest questions or requests.
-Satisfying guest complaints and taking necessary steps to ensure that these complaints do not happen again.
-Maintain a clean and neat fron desk area.

Expectations:

-High school graduate or equivalent .
-Able to demostrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
-Comfortable in regular using a computer and different software.
-Smiley and friendly attitude to maintain a positive guest experience.
-Open, proactive and willing to learn personlaity.

4)Hostess

Responsibilities:

-Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine smile and eye contact.
-Escort them to the place of the event/assignated dining or bar area/rooms etc.
-Tend to special guest needs and requests.
-Be present at the hostess station at all times.
-Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
-Providing a great customer service.
-Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with the food and service.

-Smiley and friendly attitude to maintain a positive guest experience.
-Open, proactive and willing to learn personlaity.

5) Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

-Greet guests and present them with the menu.
-Take food and beverage orders from the guests.
-Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
-Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
-Co-ordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
-Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
-Communicate to the guest and provide assistance to their quieries.

-High school graduate or equivalent .
-Able to demostrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
-Accurate, precise and fast work.
-Reliable personality, polite behaviour, good communication skills.

6)Bartender

Responsibilities:

-Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
-Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in complience with hotel standard drink recipes.
-Plan and present bar menu.
-Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menu and promotions.
-Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
-Maintain clean work area, wash glassware and utensils after each use.
