Foreign Trade Executive Required

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ø  Following and reporting the domestic and international grain and agrocommodity markets

Ø  Supporting the managment for purchasing strategies with market analysis by contacting the international suppliers

Ø  Following daily interactions in commodity markets

Ø  Supporting the foreign trade operations department

Ø  Preparing sales and purchasing contracts according to GAFTA and FOSFA rules

Ø  Following and reporting the freight markets  

Ø  Following the port reports of Turkey

Ø  Following and reporting the actual status of the contracts and shipments

Ø  Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Ø  Market and supplier development activities and customers relations

Ø  Performing the purchase order processes in accordance with company procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS 

Ø  University Graduated

Ø  Proficiency in written and spoken English

Ø  Knowledge MS Office Programs

Ø  Able to travel abroad

Ø  Highly developed communication skills, Open to collaboration and cooperation

Ø  Strong analytical skill about business processes and excellent verbal and written  communication skills

Ø  Self motivated, Result-oriented, proactive and has priciple of planned work.
