E-Commece Country manager for Turkey with place of work in Bratislava (Slovakia)

The main responsibilities on this position will be the following:

• To care about our Turkish eShop and full responsibility for it
• Customer support by phone and email, complaints solving and to give product information, etc.
• Full control of the eShop (product descriptions, pricing, etc.)
• Communication with fulfillment and logistic partners in Turkey
• Sales process and sales channels optimization
• Responsibility for achieving our targets
• Copywriting (eg banner)
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach
• Develop a feasible marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs
• Effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Report directly to CEO

• ELIGIBILITY FOR SLOVAK WORK PERMIT - MANDATORY 
• Excellent Turkish language (native level both spoken and written)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven working experience in e-commerce
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and budget plans
• Customer and process oriented attitude is a must
• Self motivated with drive
