We are looking for a “Finance and Budget Specialist” to join our team in Eleks Dış Ticaret A.Ş., one of the subsidiary companies of Elginkan Group. 

• Completing financial service processes before the deadline,
• Collecting and following up with group companies export receivables and payments,
• Following up the customer risks,
• Executing daily credit operation processes and communicating with the banks,
• Preparing company’s monthly and quarterly activity reports, weekly cash flows, annual corporate budget, 5-10 years strategic plans; and reporting to the upper management,
• Preparing monthly and quarterly activity reports of the annual budget for the group company which locates in Germany, reporting to upper management, and ensuring coordination with the team in Germany during the whole process,
• Following up the export prices which are received from abroad or domestic,
• İnforming the relevant sales representative, export application service and related manufacturer about the export prices,
• Executing and reporting Eximbank related processes.

• Graduated from relevant departments of the reputable universities,
• Minimum 2-5 years budget-reporting and financial experience,
• Having a good command in English, knowing German or French will be an asset,
• Experienced in finance departments of export companies,
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
• Experienced in methods of payments and LG / LC applications in foreign trade,
• Practiced in managerial reporting,
• Completed military service for male candidates.
