Elginkan Holding'e bağlı Emas Makina San. A.Ş. şirketimizin Manisa Fabrikasında  görev almak üzere Satın Alma Şefi alınacaktır.

This position will act as the commodity expert for the procurement of international and local components, plastic and sheet metal parts, services. The chosen candidate must be experienced working in a fast paced work environment where he/she must manage multiple projects concurrently. This position will work closely with the quality and procurement team to implement best-in-class supplier relationships and agreements. The position will be reporting to Purchasing Manager.

 

The selected candidate will:

• Analyze current and potential suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, flexible lead times and high quality
• Lead contract negotiations
• Follow Stock levels and order management
• Assist buyers for receiving supplied parts on time and in full 
• Maintain cost reduction programs
• Stock planning and order management
• Visit supplier sites for investigation
• Work collaboratively with team members to promote a positive and professional work environment
• Work closely with Purchasing Manager to develop and implement relevant contracts, KPI reports, procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering departments  
• Minimum 5 years procurement experience in a Manufacturing Environment 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Military obligation for male candidates must have been completed
• Competent in Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• No restriction of travelling
• Class B driving license     
• Location in Izmir or Manisa
