Sales Account Manager(s)

Evento Textiles is looking for a Sales Account Manager(s) to manage our foreign sales and marketing. Evento Textiles is the producer of customised textile decorations for the Hospitality & Event industry.

• Deal directly with customers by means of: Email, telephone or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Perform customer verifications
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts & administration
• Good communication and coordination with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Acquisition on potential customers

Education and Experience

• University diploma, business degree or equivalent
• Knowledge in international business
• Knowledge of Office & Windows programs and other administrative procedures
• Native speaking & writing in German and fluent in English & Dutch language (speaking & writing at proficiency level) required
