*Diary and travel management + expense reporting for the GM (pro-active planning and accuracy)
*Be the single point of contact for management visits from hotel bookings to store checks, meals, etc.
*Work with the GM on the relevant internal events and manage, with or without agency (off-sites, team activities, employee communication)
*Ensure all PO’s are raised for company events or office activities in a timely manner
*Responsible for all aspects of office management, including stationery/pantry items, hardware purchases and ensure all Health & Safety obligations are met
*Be the point of contact with regards to policies, procedures and benefits for the local organization Managing Payroll, ensuring the submission of any updates to external Payroll provider in a timely and accurate manner (e.g. starters and leavers info, monthly payslip reviews, changes on pension contributions)
*Managing the recruitment process for the total needs of the TI organization, identifying and liaising with recruitment websites and agencies, CV screening, coordinating interviews, and building a CV database and talent pool for the future
*Preparing employment offers, including offer letters, contracts, benefits literature, etc; Keeping HR database up-to-date (starters, leavers, changes)
*Developing Induction materials and liaising with line managers to ensure effective integration of new starters
*Managing employee benefits programs and suppliers (e.g. Health, Insurances and Car fleet), up-dating membership data and providing assistance to employees where required
*Maintaining Personnel Files ,Managing absence records (holidays, holiday accruals, sickness, etc
*Basic knowledge of Turkish employment legislation, taxation rules and Payroll
*Excellent organizational and IT skills High level of numeracy and literacy
*Attention to detail and passion for excellence
*Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
*Quick learner , Team player Enjoys administrative task
*Fluent in English
