Health and Safety & Environment Manager

For Fater Turkey, we are looking for an experienced HS&E Manager.

Ensures that the HS&E program (Fire protection; Enviromental Control; Technical Safety or IH&S program) is in compliance with the Laws and with the HS&E company guidelines.
Ensure the legal compliance
Analyzes the new projects evaluating the protections (design, administrative or PPE requirements) to implement/install on the systems/equipment’s in order to avoid risks for people, environment and property
Collects all documentation needed to legal authorization process
Support the Site and lead during the Local Authorities Inspections

Education: University Degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Excellent knowledge and adherence of safety rules, labour protection regulations, fire protection regulations, labour and production discipline rules, internal labour regulations, industrial sanitation and personal hygiene regulations
HS&E leader, Process Safety and Fire protection school/training (get at least C certification)
Preferably to be qualified in Fundamental Construction
Machine Safety qualified
Quality rules & procedures knowledge
Other Qualities: Technical mastery in his area
Team Effectiveness
Good English in writing and reading
Good in interpersonal management skills
Good in problem solving
Good in managing multitasks and priorities setting
